Cancellation Policy for Clinics and Workshops
Should the event be cancelled by the Organisers, a full refund will be given. 
Should the participant cancel with more than 14 days to the event, a refund will be given minus the non refundable deposit. 
Should the participant cancel within 14 days of the event but with more than 7 Days notice, a 50% refund minus the non refundable deposit will be given. A medical or Verterinary Certificate will be required. 
Should the participant cancel within 72 hours of the event or during the event itself for whatever reason, no refund will be given unless a replacement participant can be found. 
Should the clinic participant be under 18 a parent or caregiver must be in attendance. 

For the Liberty Freedom Foundation Series if a participant cannot make one of the dates due to unforeseen circumstances a veterinary or medical certificate will be required. A 50% refund will then be given for that one clinic date only. 

Cancellations or postponements due to weather will be at the discretion of the organiser. Any refunds will require a veterinary or medical certificate to be provided. 

Cancellation Policy for the Horsemanship Collective Group Lessons
You agree to sign up and pay in advance for each term of lessons
Should the organisers cancel the date due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, rain off dates will be provided. No refund will be given if these alternative dates cannot be attended by the participant. 
Should the rain off dates be cancelled by the organiser meaning the participant has not received their full schedule of lessons, then a partial refund will be available to the participant based how many lessons have been missed.  

Liability Release
I understand that the organisers/instructors and location of hire cannot be held liable for any physical and material damage which is a direct or indirect result and/or a consequent of an accident during, before and after the event in question. This exclusion of liability covers/includes damage to your horse, participants/students and their horse, third parties and their horse, objects or building.

I declare that:
– The horse that I will use during my lessons does not have any serious behavioural problems that I have not already discussed with the clinic organiser.
– I am aware that activities involving horses can be dangerous and unpredictable and that I can be injured or killed. I accept all risks of personal injury, death or property damage (including to or by my horse) to myself or caused to others.
– I accept that i may be held personally responsible for injury or damage to other horses, people or property that is caused by myself or my horse. 

Additional Items
The participant agrees that any photography taken during the event may be used in any future marketing by Wild Thyme Horsemanship Ltd or the Event Photographer.
The participant agrees to clean up after their horse and themselves leaving the property clean and tidy, this includes all manure and any uneaten hay out of paddocks and yards that have been used during their stay.
