Nestled just off State Highway 5, midway between Rotorua and Taupō, our lodge accommodation offers a peaceful escape with room for up to four guests across two bedrooms. Overlooking our horse arena and the beautiful Waikato River, you’ll wake to breathtaking sunrises and tranquil views.

Your stay includes a private guest wing with its own entrance, located on the opposite side of the house from our living quarters for complete quiet and privacy. You’ll also have exclusive access to The Studio—a separate building across the courtyard featuring two comfortable lounge areas, a dining space, and a well-equipped kitchenette stocked with everything you’ll need for a short stay. Unlimited Wi-Fi and a smart TV with apps such as Netflix are also available for your convenience.

Set in a serene environment, this is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. For horse lovers, we also offer the option to bring your own horse. Facilities include individual paddocks, yards, a 60 x 25m arena, 18m round pen, an obstacle paddock, and a short farm riding track. We’re also within easy reach of fantastic riding trails around Rotorua, Taupō, and Kinloch.
